The Collective Consulting BV is committed to user privacy.

This policy covers all The Collective Consulting’s website(s). Although you can browse through most of the website(s) without providing any personal information, in some cases information is required in order to provide services you request.

General Contact Form

 

When you submit the general contact form, we collect the following information from you:

* We do not know beforehand what information you will include in the resume that you send to us through the form. As such, we kindly ask you to remove any sensitive and personal information that is not relevant to the hiring process. 

 

How do we collect your data? 

The only personally identifiable information (such as your name, e-mail address, residence, etc.) we collect is what you enter into contact forms on the website or provide to us in the form of a resume when you apply for a position at The Collective.

 

Optional third-party tracking methods may attempt to corroborate information it already has on you by means of a shadow profile (a collection of personal data related to you based on a mix of assumptions and your own search queries on the platforms that build such a profile on you). You are always at liberty to refuse the collection and processing of this information by rescinding your consent for any previously accepted optional categories in our cookie settings page.

 

How will we use your data?

The only purpose for which we might use your identifiable information is to contact you, to address you properly when we do, communicate it to credit reference agencies to prevent fraudulent transactions where applicable, and to be able to reach out to you about your queries in a way that is immediately tailored to your needs.

 

We do not hand out nor sell this information to third parties.

 

How do we store and protect your data? 

The Collective Consulting securely stores your data within Microsoft’s datacenter in the European Union. Appropriate security measures are in place to ensure the security of your information. To this point, The Collective Consulting has an extensive Information Security Management System (ISMS) and is ISO27001:2013 certified.

 

Marketing

We will not use the information you send to us directly or as part of one of the contacts forms for marketing purposes, such as sending you unsolicited or promotional email messages. We will only do so if you have explicitly requested so, or should you subscribe to our newsletter.
